Decision making

At the EuPN we use a decision making process called "Advice process":

any EuPN team member* can make any decision after seeking advice from
- everyone who will be meaningfully affected
- people with expertise in the matter.

After the decision maker has received advice that advice must be taken into consideration.

With all the advice the decision maker has received the decision maker choose what they believe to be the best course of action.
