Active Membership policy

The policy is to make sure that we have recent data and membership is active.

Member accounts that are older than 2 years get deleted. Notice time is 4 weeks. If the member doesn’t respond the account and all its content gets deleted
Projects that are older than 1 year get grayed out.
Projects that are older than 2 years get deleted. Notice time is 4 weeks. If the project owner / editor doesn’t respond the content gets deleted
