Teacher Assurance
This is for the documentation of the Teacher Assurance process. For prerequisites see the Assured Teacher page on our website.

Process
Time required: 15 to 30 minutes
- Before the peer review:
- The system will show eligible teachers to Admins
- An Admin checks which teacher got assured last and connects the last assured teacher with the to be assured teacher
- Assured teacher and the to be assured teacher connect and set a date for the peer review
- During the peer review:
- The assured teacher checks the to be assured teachers profile
- Checks if their is currently at least one event / course in our Course & Events list
- Checks the details of the PDC: When, where, main teacher
- Checks the details of the PTT (TPT or TOT or equivalent): When, where, teachers
- Checks the details of the Diploma: When, where, tutor or equivalent, how many designs
- Once the to be assured teacher has answered all questions the process is reversed - now the to be assured teacher steps through steps from 5.1 and reviews the assured teacher
- The session is concluded when both teachers have assured each other.
- After the peer review:
- The original assured teacher sends the details of the peer review to the admin who contacted them and reports back:
- If PDC, PTT (TPT or TOT or equivalent), and Diploma info is correct or not.
- The day the peer review happend.
- Admin grants "Assured Teacher" badge
- The original assured teacher sends the details of the peer review to the admin who contacted them and reports back:
