The EuPN year​

  • January / February / March -> PermaTalks
  • February -> LINK Convergence
  • Jan, Mar, May, Sept, Nov -> PermaCalls - Networking session for members
  • All year every first Sunday of the month -> Digital Independence Day
  • August / September -> PermaTalks 2027 co-creation round
  • January, March, June, October - Newsletter -> 5th deadline - sending between 10th and 15th. Only content from the website + an intro
  • September 5th weekend -> EuPN gathering

Coming changes & proposals​

  • Patch for the Assured Teacher - Discussion on the 12th. Yearly requirement to have one event as teacher listed on the website. Additional requirements to be discussed. Assured Teacher as circle within the EuPN.
  • Onboarding for volunteers. Suggested differentiation between members of the website and members who volunteer. An onboarding procedure could be created within the first quarter. This will make sure that members understand the EuPN's purpose, values, code-of-conduct, procedures, policies, etc.
  • Account at Open Collective - host to be found in the first quarter
  • Outreach circle to be created. At the moment most of outreach is done by Aimee, Barbara and Dominik. Formalizing it would be beneficial.
  • Finish the overarching EuPN permaculture design within the first quarter
