Decision making process​

Proposed decision making process - consent:

  1. Who is affected?
  2. Who wants to be part of the decision making process?
  3. Who is willing to do something about it?

Meeting pattern​

Frequency once a month - Every first Friday of the month at 11:00 EEST / 10:00 CEST. Decision is valid until August or until Laura gave feedback. Meetings will be held at Jitsi.

What is the EuPN - what do you like it to be?​

  • Offers different levels of engagement
  • Bioregional current hot topic -> members in same area
  • EuPN has lots of potential
  • What is already offered is good -> support of continuation what is there
  • Social Media -> LinkedIn as option
    • EuPN as credible source
    • doesn't require a lot of posting
    • it is more about signposting
    • manageable by multiple users

Nextlcoud, Forum​

  • Nextcloud isn't yet fully integrated, but in current stage also not necessary.
  • Docusaurus is good enough
  • Use Docusaurus to publish Logs
  • Core Council forum (viewable by all members, writeable by Core Council members only)
