Members Call​

For Nick it is difficult to get the members call working. Depending on where the sign-up happens non-member, some members, or even no one shows up.

Suggestions:

  • Not a blank agenda
  • Instead, Bucket list of topics
    • Talk about your regional events
    • What is going on with your project
    • etc
  • A list of topics at the Forum where members can add to

Project Research​

Nick has created a form for projects to fill out. It is to obtain data from the projects about visitors, volunteers, and can be found at the EuPN Website . Idee is to send it first to the PermaHubs but feedback is required before that. From the form a PDF can be generated that the projects can add to their projects presentation or of course to their own website.

Suggestions:

  • Good for impact evaluation -> show progress over years
  • Timestamp for which year the report is
  • All data is CC-BY-SA so that researchers can use it

Tasks:

  • Integrate the year field in to the survey
  • Integrate the PDF generation
  • Integrate download field at the projects form

Match & Hatch​

In its current form Match and Hatch doesn't work. But the Teacher Assurance works because is more intimate than Match and Hatch. In the last website update the "Permaculture Experience" field was integrated into the profiles. Within the software we are able to match people. Nick will soon start to contact people with the same permaculture experience and connect them. The experience field could also be used for the PermaTalks. Nick will get some feedback from the facilitator Kathy Otto.

The purpose​

Show that we are many, a movement that can't be ignored. Thousands of teachers instead of hundred. Thousands of places instead of hundred.

We need all the national associations on board and the wording must transport the intention.
